We will write an estimate for repairs, including any pictures needed. We work directly with your adjuster to begin the repairs to ensure a hassle free process.
Once we have determined what the issue is, we will order the necessary parts & accessories to replace the broken/non-working ones on your coach.

Warranty Claim Process
To begin the extended warranty process, call us to schedule an appointment for a Service Call at 817-764-1363.
During the service call, we will help with the complaint to determine the cause and next corse of action for the part(s) needing replacement.
Once we have determined the need, we will work with the Warranty Company to see what they will cover. These costs will include your deductible, the shipping for parts & the service call fees.
We order the parts needed to be replaced after we receive approval from the warranty company. We work closely with our vendors to get you the best price available.
We will begin the repairs when we receive the parts & work quickly to get your coach back on the road. We stand behind our work and pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
